Patrick Rafferty is a Board-Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with 40 years experience in public health, industrial hygiene, and indoor air quality. He has served on the American Industrial Hygiene Association’s (AIHA) Indoor Environmental Quality Committee and Product Stewardship Committee, was a member of the AIHA Task Force on Microbial Remediation, and assisted AIHA in drafting COVID-19 guidance for employers.

He has co-authored, edited, and contributed to several AIHA monographs on topics related to environmental health and safety, including:
